Here are some essential recipes to enjoy hake: Merluza a la Gallega (Galician-style hake), Merluza a la Vasca or Koxkera with clams and white wine (Basque-style hake) and Merluza a la BilbaĆna (Hake Bilbao-style), there are many more of course.
