Nativity Façade Detail in Sagrada Familia

This is a detail of the Nativity Façade by Gaudi. An explosion of imagination, the artist at his most. I like those guardian angels blowing the trumpets on the left. I apologize for being concise here but I haven't got much time for these posts due to dsl connection inconveniences.

What a fabulous photo - Sagrada Familia is one place that's near the top of my "Must Visit Before I Die" list.

I remember taking some pics on this and one of the "scenes" I particularly like is the kiss Judas gave to Jesus with some numbers by the side of the pair. According to the guide, these numbers when added up(in whichever way) will come up to a total of 33, the age of Jesus when he was betrayed to be crucified. Wow! That was quite an impression and I made a wish to return to Barcelona some years later.
