As I was missing my flower posts and I had a terrible need for colors again I've decided to display some tiny cacti full of "flowers". As I am not an expert in Botany here is a specific link to the so called cactus flowers. I try not to turn Barcelona Photoblog into a nature photography site but I am color addicted and I guess I am not the only one. To add some valuable content to the picture here is the web adress to the Botanic Garden of Barcelona.

Hi Carlos,
ReplyDeleteIt's true, there are so many of us who love to look at vibrant colors and who resort to botanicals on our blogs. I think most of us never tire of seeing such marvels. These cacti are so interesting - the soft flowers sitting there atop the sharp spikes.
Me too,me too,I'm color addicted that's why I try my best not to put so much colors yet as I'm still new to this community...and that means I love your post today colorful...very pretty!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful! I'm into colors also, and find it difficult sometimes not to migrate to them a lot. Thanks for doing what you do..You're an inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful cacti; I especially like the various stages of blooming on them!
